LIVE THREAD: DEMCON -- DAY 3

I was listening to Laura Ingraham this morning and she had Bob Elder on, a former Swiftboat member, who served in Vietnam the same time as Kerry. He told Laura that Kerry pulled this guy out of the water, but that there wasn't any enemy fire at the time. In fact, there was another boat in the area that had had another soldier fall off. That boat had also turned around and went back and picked up that guy, but nobody on that boat got a medal of any kind. Kerry claimed hostile fire and got a Silver Star. Elder says they have witnesses who say that there wasn't any hostile fire at the time any of this was taking place.

He also mentioned Kerry's Purple Hearts and stated that they have witnesses that state Kerry put in for those awards himself and that the injuries he received were not as a result of enemy fire. We've heard about these in the past, but it needs to be repeated over and over.

I was just watching Kerry on the podium at the convention. When it came time for him to leave, he stepped off the podium and walked off in the wrong direction. All of his people (SS included), were on the other side of the stage. What a dork. He can't even find his way off a large stage.

Finally, I heard that his acceptance speech is going to be 55 minutes long. Jesus...that ought to clear the joint out.

I've been her as long,if not longer than you (I lurked for almost a year before I joined) and have had the misfortune to read many of your posts and threads.

You and Terry Kerry suffesr from the same problem............neither of you remeber what you've said.
