Ta-RAY-sa and her leftist foundations hold the "secret plan", hehehe.
Let me exlpain to you why you can't have that car checked out before you buy...
Their idea of a Good Idea is a demand-side tax incentive. With all their special interest groups, they could bring on one of those a year for about a millenium. Of course, it does nothing for those who don't pay taxes, so they balance it w/an unearned tax incentive.
Bush has already had lots of good ideas and supply-side tax cuts were one of them.
No Democrat will ever allow working people to keep more of their own money. Can't have 'em getting uppity.
"does this mean it's going to take longer?"
Well, sure. You'll have to put your goals on hold until you've done your stint in the yellow suit with the Devo flower pot hat, riding the LRT to the broom factory.
if Kerry wins, my advice to everyone here (what I will be doing myself) - pre-buy any large items before he is sworn in. if you think you might be needing a car, or a major appliance, or a major home improvement, over the next 4 years - but them between election day and the inaugral. after he is sworn in, don't particiapte in the economy - just buy essential items and nothing else. Kerry won't get any GDP growth out of me if he wins.
In other words, we should vote for him to find out what's behind Door Number Two? John Kerry, the Monty Hall of politics! Betcha there's a jack-ass behind that door...
Of course, he does.
In other words, Bush is doing great, and Kerry has no plan... LOL!
Who was it the Kenny Lay, of Enron, called to try to get the government off of his back??? That's right. Robert Rubin.
Oh B.S.
Everyone already knows what it is -- tax increases.
How do we know?
All the people now working for him, contributing to him, working for him and committed to vote for him would not do so unless they were absolutely certain he was going to raise taxes.
You are known (and knowable) by your friends, supporters and co-riders.
How very convenient for this bozo!
Now we will never know, because he will never be elected.
Bush will beat him like beating on a drum, him and his grinning moronic veep.
Isn't that kinda like betting the farm on what's behind door #3.
Well, Kerry already has been elected a Senator from Taxsachusetts. Surely he can introduce his plan as a bill before the Senate.
If he doesn't have a policy, he can't flip or flop. Interesting strategy.
Just before the Sandy Berger fiasco, Kerry gave an interview to the WSJ and the interviewer was asking him about the right time to leave Iraq---what were his criteria, under what conditions would a pullout be appropriate. Behold:
"WSJ: I understand you have a difference with the president on how do we get there. Give us more of a vision of what the 'there' is? How will we know when we've reached that point?
KERRY: I'll tell you."
That was the full answer!!
More like:
"Hope" a plan is on the way.
"Trust me."
Pump up bad stocks, convince the suckers to buy while you and your rich cronies are dumping.
Call Paul O'Neil, Treasury Secretary and try to convince him NOT to downgrade Enron to give you more time to sell.
