in a volunteer military, where is Kerry going to get 40K more troops? if he wins, re-enlistments and signups will fall off in big numbers, he won't even be able to maintain current force levels.
Not so much where he will send the troops as where he will get them.....is he planning on re-instituting the draft.....sure sounds that way.
