Unbelievable ARROGANCE. I am so d*mned tired of hearing that he "has a plan". I seriously doubt that he DOES.

His plan for everything is to convene a committee - that is what democrats do, talk about things.

Probably, it is like this. He says he has a plan. He'll show it after the election. Thus, if he gets elected, he'll rush a plan out. If he doesn't get elected, he'll have saved himself allot of work writing a plan and instead can go snowboarding in the Swiss Alps.

[The more I hear of his Senate record, and seeing how he has acted after the Primaries, I think Kerry is a lazy, do-nothing, who used his Senate tenure just to get him in position to run for the Presidency. He seems more desirous of getting the title of President than in performing as President. He sure hasn't performed much as a Senator.]

I think Kerry did have a sort-of plan, until Berger was caught stealing documents and Wilson was exposed as a liar. With them gone, so is the so-called plan.
