It creates a network to provide education, training, and access to key resources for minority entrepreneurs. These are the key elements that have proven to work for entrepreneurial economic development.


Yes. Do you honestly believe this won't need funding? Do you honestly believe they'll be self sustaining because of this? A job will do the same thing and it won't cost us a nickel.

Even if it's a small amount of tax money, I rather help the people around me born here ahead of illegal alient CHEATS. Of course, it would be great if it was ZERO tax payers, and if they're using the Small Business Administration those are tax dollars already slated for use by the BA.
