They didn't film the scene and then cut it. The scene never existed. The screenwriter didn't propose it. The producer didn't propose it. The director didn't propose it. Halle Berry didn't propose it. Only the over-the-hill actress in the twilight of her career, desperate for "one more closeup, Mr. DeMille," wanted it.
