Anyone that beleives Oswald acted alone is not dealing with the real world to well.
I have read over 50 books on this subject.
LOL. And you think we're not dealing with the real world?
I have read 51 handouts and flyers on the subject. When I toured the Dallas site I was handed tons of info from the many theorists walking about. I read the stuff on a plane and concluded that only I could be ruled out as a suspect. But the rest of you..you are being watched!

Lifton's book is the best of the lot, still holds up after twenty years.
I can't accept the "magic bullet" because you could reload it today and fire it. No way it caused seven seperate wounds in my opinion, and remain undeformed on the tip.
And have supported a cottage industry that wouldn't exist if people could accept the simple truth that a lone antisocial leftwing nut killed the most powerful man in the world with a $20 gun.
Another dupe speaks.
"Best Evidence" is a good book. I've read it. However, he misstates certain evidence, and leaves out some other. There is another book on the market, "Triangle of Death", I have not yet read, but it purports to cover any and all inconsistencies in the Warren Report. (Well, they all do that anyway.) I, too, never though LHO shot the President alone. Never could understand why we are to believe that he just walked away from the gun, leaving it setting there. Didn't even try to HIDE it in one of those boxes up there? Never made any sense to me. But, there are those who are convinced it was LHO and nobody else. I don't think they'll EVER tell us the truth. Not until everybody is dead. Maybe the next generation, but not before.

I also have read a lot on this subject including all 747 pages of "Best Evidence". Lifton raised some interesting points such as the questionable competence of Cyril Wecht, but he is not entirely living in the real word either. All of the points he brings up about the nature and meaning of Kennedy's wounds has been refuted by multiple forensic experts now that the actual autopsy data is widely available. Lifton did not even know that the brain was destroyed at the request of Robert Kennedy. His speculation that perhaps the body could have been returned to Washington on an SR-71 is just a joke. None of the evidence of other shooters has stood up to rigorous scientific analysis. Try reading the assassination report by the physicist Luis Alvarez.
I don't know what happened, but I can guarantee that 50 books arguing for the standard interpretation would not sell many copies.
