I have this fantasy.
It's Monday night at the GOP convention. Laura's scheduled to speak. When her time comes, the video screen comes up and reveals she's in Afghanistan...surrounded by smiling Afghan women and children!
She then flies back to the U.S. to be in her skybox for her husband's speech Thursday night. It would be a knockout!

Bush: No, I only think of it at home in bed. To even think of it in the 'office' would be to impose my religion on the country.
