"Brit Hume just said that Old Media is trying to get rid of the Swift Boat story but there is so much New Media and they are so powerful that the story won't go away."

But he also said his feeling was that Kerry's version is probably true and that some of the SBV's are changing their stories. Did I miss something? Because I thought it was the other way around...
"..approaching 1000 deaths in Iraq.
Not to demean those deaths, every one is a tragedy, BUT..
what about the 1,300,000 deaths by abortionists every year Juan?
Where's the outrage over that...Juan???"

Well, not only that, but this casualty rate is always brought up by folks like Juan in the most breathless, hyperventilating terms, as if it has never happened before. At this rate, 1,000 deaths in Iraq in not quite 18 months, it will take us -- even if we round up to 700 to killed per year to give the Juan-ites the benefit of the doubt -- it will take us another 82 years to catch up with Vietnam, and another 570 years for WWII, and 856 years to catch up with the Civil War.
I don't mean to demean this loss of life (my brother may be headed over there soon anyway) but this is a pretty low casualty rate.
"informed voter" and Dems LoL you are a card.
Give the McCain bashing a break. It was funny.
It isn't that difficult. Prognostications based on the idea of her running now will be wrong. She would be the last person to throw herself in front of the Bush Juggernaut just gaining momentum.
I didn't hear Brit say that Kerry's version was probably true. If he did, I've missed something myself.
700 is the approximate number of murders in Chicago in a good year.
That's a typical year for gang-related murders in LA County too.

kind of like magnets that repel!
Have you seen the new Zogby poll - 'undecideds' are breaking for Bush now!
