My son has told me that most of the German military has already taken note. They are frustrated with their current leaders and have given our troops support and respect as they are coming and going to Iraq. They have faced the same enemies together in Afghanistan and they know who they are dealing with.
Sadly, the real issue is "what German militay"..It's been estimated that Europe had 2.5 million total military, of which less than 2% are mission deployable within 30 days...
that is VERY good to hear. hopefully their leadership is paying attention.
