I can verify that statement as in 1981-1983 I was secretary to the Commander of the Eglin AFB Regional Medical Center and that's exactly the time frame that we started administering urinalysis to the military. And you cannot believe how many false positives turned up that almost destroyed careers. Hell, one time an entire sqdn tested positive - that was the beginning the end of using Navy labs to do our tests.
