I've been saying that it was an awful idea for Bush to run entirely on his National Guard record ...

They probably have so many newspapers left over from the last time they printed this crap, they just changed the date on the front page and hope their remaining subscribers won't notice.

Did you watch O'Reilly tonight showing a video of a birthday celebration aboard Gigolo's campaign jet? Well the 'birthday boy' was none other then Globe 'reporter' Patrick Healy.

What kills me is that even I can read in black and white that W. fullfilled his duties. This is all bogus....but as you mentioned....leaves the door open to ask where Kerry's records are....

I thought Bubba told them to stop talking about Vietnam. If it comes down to "amiable drunk missed a few weekends" to "arrogant war criminal/coward betrayed his own troops", I'll take Dubya everytime. I'm a Bush-leaning independent.

Newsflash: The Democrats failed to act responsibly on national defense over the last thirty five years. That's why they're getting clobbered on the issue today.

The Du'ers have been salivating for a week over a photo that shows Bush "wearing a ribbon he did not earn." I imagine the MSM will break that story as soon as this one loses steam.

The British media tried it a while back and no one here would bite. Guess they found out that Bush was authorized to wear it as long as he was in the unit that earned it.

The media is starting a new 527 called Mainstream Media against Bush. I mean, comeon--- the media did more investigating groups against Kerry than the charges. And when it is against Bush, the media investigates Bush....again!

And John Kerry was negotiating with the enemy during his service in the Naval Reserves. No story there, I guess.

OK, let me get this strait…. (I am young, highly educated, BUT, from Texas so I may be a little slow..)

Bush joined the National Guard, which means nothing in comparison to Kerry joining the Navy Reserves, only to be stuck on a swift boat.. But.. Bush may have missed a few days… oh, what a sin.. But.. The National Guard was a nothing way to get out of Nam… …or… was the National Guard so important that a few days missed overshadows Bush’s full enlistment as our Commander in Chief of all our armed forces? So… is the National Guard a cheap way out, or is the National Guard a vital importance to where a few days missed could effect a future presidential election? Seems to me John Kerry really, really doesn’t want us to look at his congressional record.

Didn't the media just get done telling us that the official records are all that matters? You can have 254 veterans saying the official records are wrong but it doens't matter. Bush got an honorable discharge. Case closed. Oh, I forgot, the official records deal is only for Democrats.

Oh yeah...his whole confession to congress was so self-aggrandized....it's got nothing to do with whether Kerry is a real man....whether he has the cajones for the job of president....

/sarcasm off

Just so I'm correct on this. AWOL re-deux is doing the resident evil thing in the msm; pressed full court? Nah, not yet. BUT! Kerry backing off his first purple heart does not invalidate his getting out of 'Nam early, hence illegally?

Oh, yeah, before I forget...since GW's records are all out there, how can any of us be fair and balanced without Kerry's fully disclosed records?

I'm just sayin.....

The Kerry team just doesn't get it.

I need to make a slight correction on you. That "team" is the Clinton-Clinton-McAuliffe-2008 team. That is why they are digging up the same ol' same ol'. Kerry is collapsing with more powerful suction than a star imploding in on itself and becoming a black hole.
