See CBS is trying to muddy the waters... and what better way then to hire the guy who wrote a HOW TO... Muddy waters in a court case.

Maybe in a court room, but the public isn't a court room. A lot (many many) voters are smart enough to see that handwriting is simply not an issue here. Actually, if the voters discover that this guy is an expert at muddying the waters, that really works against CBS.

Matley is essentially a rent-a-witness. He did a show once where he claimed that Kurt Cobain was murdered.
