The Second Amendment lives again!
And the Tenth Amendment. I have asked countless gun grabbers the following question, and they've all mysteriously vanished before answering:
Since it took a Constitutional Amendment to empower the federal government to pass laws banning alcohol during Prohibition, why would it not take a similar amendment to empower them to pass laws banning "assault weapons" -- or any other items?Note to those who ask about federal laws about illicit drugs: The federal laws only prohibit *trafficking*, which is international or interstate commerce in drugs. If you get busted for simple possession, it'll be due to *state* or *local* laws. There is no federal prohibition against simple drug possession, unless it is somehow related to interstate/foreign commerce.
