If Putin needed a true Reichstag Fire, he could've used any one of the hundreds of atrocities committed by the Chechens against Russians, starting with the Moscow apartment bombs. And you're going to continue to hear it...from many corners. Putin's effort to manufacture a Reichstag fire through brutal his Chechnya policy has become transparent...but hey, a dictator needs to manufacture a convincing excuse for removing a government.
