I may head out from Austin to go over and help out there. I've been calling all over central/east Texas to try to find generators but nobody has any left, all have been shiped to south Fl prior to Ivan.
I had planned to return in October on leave. It wouldn't even do me any good to return right now since I can't get in by plane and the counties are still not encouraging evacuees to return yet. It's a rather helpless feeling to see so much need at home and not be able to do anything.
