They waited until after the convention to distribute them. They're out there now.
I can confirm this. I have been to Republican headquarters three times this month to get signs and stickers. I had to put my name and phone number on a waitlist! They will "reserve" some for me and call when they arrive!!! When will that be--November 3rd?
And this is in the closely contested state of Pennsylvania.
I think the local Republicans are far too complacent here.
We've got a bunch of bumper stickers at our county headquarters.....we just can't get yard signs!!!

I have several bumper stickers (delivered to me in the mail by the Bush/Cheney campaign), but I won't put them on my nice car and risk VERY expensive body work repair.

As a local volunteer official, I've had experience with this.
What you need to do is get lots of citizens, headquarters managers, volunteers, etc., to demand that the local Republican clubs and legislative-district committees
PAY FOR THE MATERIALS THEMSELVES!!!!!!!!!
