That's what I thought, at first..........BUT this moron doesn't even have the "Brian Williams goggle marks"......could he be that stupid and not wear tanning bed goggles in order to achieve the perfect "all-over" tan???????

John Kerry is so multi-faceted!

Way, way too much self-tanner.

He probably went into one of those booths where the tan is just "sprayed" on you.

That's the latest rage...tanning salons are now offering a sprayed on tan....it lasts up 7 to 10 days....Im guessing that's what Kerry did.

That was my reaction. The color doesn't look natural at all.

It's an homage to diversity, orange being on the spectrum between red and yellow.

I can see the opening exchange at the debate on Thursday as Kerry attempts to diffuse comments about his complexion.

Kerry: I'm tan from the sun

Bush: I'm George from the earth

Wow! I wonder which focus group came back with "Orange is the preferred hue for presidential candidates!"

No, I didn't mean it that way.

In one sense I agree. We need to know that the cancer is behind him. But I wouldn't hold it against him and more that I would against Rudy. Granted, Kerry has been less than forthcoming about his health (and other stuff).

What I meant was that, with all the PR about the dangers of skin cancer, AND with him being a cancer survivor, this sets a really bad example.

Yeah, that instant tan stuff can react very badly with Botox? Turns people a lovely shade of burnt orange!

Oh, pookie, you took my line LOL!

But still, Kerry's orange skin, yellow streak, and black soul - I'd say he's on his way to being a veritable metrosexual rainbow.

I wonder how long it takes for a spray on or otherwise artificial tan to wear off.

I don't think it will wear off by Thursday's debate
