my personal belief is that the US has been in moral decline since the early 1960s. Yes it would be a death sentence for the US but would also refelct who we have become as a country. in the end we get the leaders we deserve. This election will help determine if Clinton was a fluke or not.

I am sure in the last centuries of the Roman Empire, the emperors and Senate got more and more corrupt.


I cant remember who sid it but someone political philospher said a democracy could never last longer than 250 years because the public would learn it could vote itself an ever larger share of the national treasury.
