What is Bush's problem with stopping illegal immigration?

Bush is doing fine as a war president, but his thinking about closing the border is beyond me. This is bound to have an adverse effect on the man he picks to succeed him.

After Bush is elected it will be time to go after his immigration policies through the courts and the Legislature. If Bush won't stop illegals from entering this country the American people will have to go around him, and maybe the man who succeeds him too.

President Bush would only veto any measure to enforce immigration code.

I've had enough of President Bush on the illegal immigration and Mexico issue.

Our nation is only as secure as are her borders. Bush has complicated every enforcement effort and refuses to help in any manner.
