Yes, that was quite irritating. Maybe he was right though, because it would have been nice to hear an "and me!" from the audience, and that didn't happen.
Kerry doesn't make $200,000...if his senatorial salary is only $150,000. He's getting an allowance from Mommy Dearest, but that doesn't count as 'earned income', no matter how hard crawling around on his hands and knees is. He is such a jerk, and he said so many really dumb things last night, like 'I'm a lawyer, too!' Doesn't he know lawyers are roundly despised by the hoi polloi? Oh, but I forgot.
