Near as I can figure, "aluminum tubes" is some sort of shorthand insult that DU trolls understand.
Someone with photoshop skills should rework it to read "I am so stuned. This beeber is hugh."
I think the aluminum tubes refer to tubes that supposedly were to be used in Iraq for WMD production.
