The polls are highly suspect especially ones sponsored by media organizations because we all know that they have an agenda. The insta-polls which are being trumpeted as the source for the the fact that Kerry "won" the debates are even more suspect.

We could all see through our own very eyes that Bush performed very strongly in the second and third debates. The debate last night was his best debate performance ever.

The point of this is that this is a battlefield. There is a great deal of misinformation out there. We have to get to the truth. Some observations:

1. Bush does seem to be campaigning for the most part in the Gore states. The BC04 internals must look good.

2. Edwards went on every single Sunday morning show last week. He would have went on NFL Today if they would have let him.

3. The Mary Cheney bomb was planned to stir problem with the Bush base. They would not be doing that if they felt confident.

4. Dick Morris has his own agenda. He wants Kerry to lose so Hillary will run in 2008. That will give him plenty to talk about. He has written two books this year about the Clintons. He was probably trying to scare us to death. He has succeeded!

I would like to see the internal polls of both campaigns. The campaign polls unlike the media polls are useful. The B/C04 must be showing that Kerry has problems in some states that Gore took in 00.
