Arrest of Militant Suspected to be Zarqawi-Iraqi Security Sources
Iraqi security sources said today that a man suspected to be the leader of the Jihad and Taweed militant group, Abu Musaab Zarqawi was detained in US led military operations Friday.
The detained militant resembled Zarqawi, said the sources, noting that he was arrested with nine others after the US Marines besieged a house in Fallujah yesterday.
The militant will be undergoing DNA tests to confirm his identity, said the sources.
The Iraqi Ministry of Defense confirmed in a press statement that cleansing operations by coalition forces were underway in Fallujah.

Nah... I think Zarqawi should be placed on a spike, as per Vlad's (the impaler) cruel and gruesome method of impaling his enemies, and leaving him to rot.

IF it does turn out to be him, I can hear Terezah Kerry saying "Oh I said Osama. I KNEW they were hiding one, I guess I just said the wrong one." LOL

Maybe he'll die while trying to escape.

Drawing and quartering -- too good. Room him with Ted Kaczynski and Charles Manson. A small dark and dank room. Fifteen minutes of light a week.

I wonder if it is just a coincidence that the Jihad/Taweed's proclaimed allegiance to Al Quaeda today. Maybe they're shopping around for a new leader.

Arrested... my first thought was "don't anybody carry guns over there any more?" but dead men tell no tales and we need this one to talk, if we really have him this time that is...
