I remember hearing somewhere that Clinton has a photographic memory, (Wow, I could sure use that myself!), and he never held any charm for me because his politics always got in the way. But would these two things answer why they LUUUUUUUUV him so much? I can't see it, and the slickness/smarminess just kind of OOOZES out of him. So, I still can't figure out his charisma. But maybe if I actually met him in person, that would explain it. In any case, it's an interesting discussion.

"Barred" by what?"

That's a good question, Sloth. I don't know if there is a UN Charter that states that. I can't look now but will give it a try later.

I think you are on to something. There is also an idea floating around that this helps suck some air from the Kerry campaign. I put nothing past or beneath Clinton (either one, for that matter).

But it is not the MSM that I was referring to. I mean the person-on-the-street. Our neighbors and friends and family members. I KNOW why the media gave him a pass. You're right. It's all about THEIR agenda/desires/wants. But why the people? That's what I have never understood.

This might ne be an entirely bad scenario.

Picture this:

Slick Willie sitting on his useless UN throne, making his empty pronouncements and waving his sceptre.

Meanwhile, the US Congress and President finally get the cojones to pull the US out of the UN.

End result: A slap in the face for Bill! (Ya better get some ice on that, Bill!)

And I want to get with Rachael Ray. Let's see who gets lucky first.

It doesn't matter. I'm already spoken for, and Clinton can't be S-G since the USA is a permanent seat on the Security Council.

However, maybe Kerry would give up the Seat so Bubba could play World Boss. Great.

If the theories are true about Hillary running in 2008, there is absolutely no way Bill renounces his citizenship, and if he does, adios!

If Bill does renounce, why would Hillary have to?

I'm sorry, but he has always looked like a doofus.

He looks like a doofus because he is a doofus.

Is Bill trying to "out" Kofi....
Is there a bank large enough to hold the loot from this adventure?

That's the funniest thing I've heard all day. Another good reason for our chief representative to that oh-so-venerable body should NOT be Kerry.

I agree: Bill Clinton sold his soul to the devil...he is NOT a man of God.

With Bill Clinton as head of the UN, Marc Rich need never worry since he will be safe in almost any country where his US pardon is not recognized. According to Freedom House (a liberal-not a conservative human-rights watchdog group)one out of every five members of the United Nations General Assembly is rated as one of the most repressive regimes in the world. That is about 38 countries out of 191 members. And these countries sit in judgment of the US and Britain and lecture us about human rights and the rule of law. The UN does not even obey its own 1945 charter when it comes to admitting members. If you read the charter, it is a noble and idealistic document written by the allies from World War II. But the UN has scrapped the charter in favor of the lowest common denominator of the bias of criminal member states. It is time to start a new UN or kick the criminals out. This time, obey the charter.

One would think the Zonheads would approve of such a move, being as anti-Christian as you all are.

You've mistaken the anti-windsong stance as anti-Christian. You shouldn't be maligning Christians for your failings.
