Teresa Heinz, wife of Presidetnial candidate John Kerry of Massachusetts has been rumored to be a high nominee of People Magaizine annual "Worst Dressed' spotlight. Mrs. Heinz has been referred to by the fashion world glitteratti as 'early retro bag lady'. What is confusing is why one of the worlds richest women repeatedly appears in public in clothes having the look of being slept in.

I had a friend (of sorts) who had a $200,000 per month income from old family oil money and she dressed and acted just like Terayza. She donated money to ever ultra-liberal cause there was. She sent a good part of her money to Communist causes in other countries. Her hair, like Terayza's, was barely combed and cut like a bowl had been put over her head. I think it is true that when you have that much money you don't care what anyone else thinks.
