We just got a tip......that a major newspaper will break a front-page story Monday morning that could create a serious problem for the Kerry campaign. We don't yet have any details, but it relates to a foreign policy issue, and it will call into question--amazingly enough--John Kerry's truthfulness.
We'll watch for the story Sunday night and post it as soon as it becomes available.
You mean Drudge is doing some foreshadowing--like a gun in the first act of a play? Pretty coincidental that Drudge would be running that story from Friday now. And, this is old news...it is Kerry's stump speech staple. I am intrigued. Hope it doesn't backfire on Bush. Hope Karl and Nicole are ready.

Interesting theory on Bin Laden. I've been convinced he's dead since the attack on Tora Bora. I think that guy would be all over video rubbing our noses in his continued existence, if he continued to exist, no doubt.
Alot of folks are speculating that this is the POW/MIA issue, but now I see the Village Voice did a lengthy piece on it back in February and it went no where.
Frankly, I think it will be a nonstarter if it is the POW/MIA story. His base won't be outraged by it because they don't give a damn about Americans left behind in Vietnam, and those who would be outraged by it have already been outraged by the Swift Vets info.
Alot of others are too young or too ignorant to care.
I think you are all going for the obvious. The obvious things stated above will, sadly enough, not sway most voters. It takes too much work for average people to comprehend it all. However, something discovered along the lines of his physical health or, more importantly, his mental health, either past or current, would cause a great deal of unease for everyone voting. Most people would back away from any candidate discovered to have a past history of mental instablity or mental illness. Think outside the box everyone.
Yeah, but then Kerry would moreorless be complicit with the administration in concealing the fate of OBL. I think not. And, anyway the size of that story would dwarf any dishonesty on the part of Kerry.
Because the president could be doing it for any number of strategic security reasons

If you wait until Thursday for the October surprise on Kerry, the MSM could suppress it. By doing it on Monday, you maximize exposure and thus the MSM can't stop it. Good move if a true October surprise. Cross our fingers
