did you hear about the KC guy arrested for voting both in KCK and KCMO? He felt ENTITLED to vote both places since he owns property in both.

He felt ENTITLED to vote both places since he owns property in both.Actually, he is entitled since he pays taxes in two states, he should be able to vote for both states elections, except not Federal (President/VP).
