Quite honestly, I can't think of any constitutional argument why people couldn't vote for president is several states, if the satate laws allowed it.

I don't believe people voting in two States is a huge problem. It's just not worth the price of the solution which would entail a Federal voter registration database. That should be resisted. Local boards of elections have a vested interest in clean voter rolls for local elections and most States require local election boards to be "multi-partisan".

Well I wouldn't be the LEAST surprised if those that collect
welfare in multiple states also voted in multiple states.

Thats a great reason to limit voting to just one day, not
this early voting crap.

Still, it wouldn't stop those who live near the border of two
states, like Philly PA, and Camden NJ
