I couldn't believe JD didn't take her to task on funding "no child." Everything I've read says funding has been increased 4X Clinton admin and a lot of schools aren't collecting because they don't want to get with the programs (you know simple things like they have to actually TEACH to reach a certain level).

MSNBC says O'Donnell was disrespectufl to the guest and to the viewers. O'Donnell agrees.. MSNBC says it won't happen again.
