Bush knows a lot more than we do. Let him handle this. So far, so good.

The problem is, people are early voting. That's why the New York Slimes went with this story this week rather than letting CBS do the dirty work this coming Sunday. The longer President Bush delays in responding to this, the more votes Kerry can potentially accumulate before the lie is exposed.

Bush will NOT handle this. If he didn't handle Rathergate, he certainly isn't going to handle this one. Don't get me wrong, I voted for him in 2000 and I will vote for him in 2004. But...he has NOT used the opportunity to defend himself. He could call a press conference anytime he wants. What is he afriad of?

Could you explain how this is so far so good. The Times has run this attack ad(no other way to describe it). The charges have been mentioned over one hundred times on broadscast national and cable media in the last 24 hours. NBC's supposed smoking gun has been mentioned politely and ever so gently as a question that has arisen in the Times story.

Everybody is getting pounded by the media, Kerry, the DNC clowns, and the RNC and the so skilled Mr. Rove sit back and say no comment. Has anyone seen the Times or the Dems backing off their charges? I haven't. If this story is false and is the product of a UNdrone's desire to influence the election and the Republicans play rope a dope they are fools. If this story gets Kerry elected, they are more than fools they are criminals. It's not about letting the Dems hang themselves, the Dems are not stupid. If they believed they would suffer for ths they'd back off in a heartbeat. They did after 24 hours of Rathergate. If the President can cut these guys privates off he must rpt must do it before the newscycle ends tomorrow.
