Come on, even in Florida they didn't blame disenfranchisement on GW, they blamed it on Jeb.
No I said it would be blamed on the federal government, because soldiers from other states have also said they may not be able to get them in on time. Therefore, many will look at it as a governmental flaw that ultimately Bush's administration, the military, is responsible for not securing the necessary ballots earlier. Democrats will stop at nothing to deflect blame. Either way, its deplorable.
