This is gutcheck time! Spinmeisters and pollsters are trying to get conservatives to flinch. I heard a story in church today from a 50 year old woman who has never voted republican in her life. She said after much prayer, she MUST vote for Bush. Couldn't undersstand it but she finally got peace after this decision. Conservative Christians and Catholics are chomping at the bit to put their X in the Bush column!
I understand it.
Those that are sincere in their faith and asking for God to lead them to the correct decision, well, I understand her decision. It is the same peace I have right now. So many with nerves frayed, and I'm feeling calm. It doesn't mean I know the one that will win, just that I am at peace with my decision and His hand on this election.
That is the only advice I have for Christians. Pray. They'll know the right decision afterwards.
