I think you can consider DRUDGE a news source since he is the one reporting it.

Not surprising. On the Dom Giordano radio show in Philadephia last night, however, the Democrat DA in Philadelphia basically gave the green light for voter fraud. When asked what she planned to do to keep vote fraud to a minimum, she said that they were going to make very certain that no vote "supression or intimidation" took place. Dom asked her again specifically about vote fraud, and she gave the same answer. To me, that says that all bets are off in Philly. Bush/Cheney better have TONS of poll watchers in Philadelphia tonight.

Check out two precincts on the way to work (one leans bush, other definitely bush) ... in northeastern PA ...
MASSIVE TURNOUT this morning ... huge lines ... in 2000 ... you could just walk right in.
GO BUSH!

I'm assuming their procedures are about the same as those here in CO, for opening up the polls. First thing you do after turning on the machine is to do a "report" on current contents, and it should be zero. If not, call the election supervisor, etc....
Sounds like that's what happened here.
My guess: this machine was either never cleared from the last time it was used, or it was used for demo purposes.
No big deal, IOW, and probably not evidence of fraud.

Long long ago, I was poll watcher and the first thing that was done was that the machines were cleared. There are frequently old votes on it. I don't think that this is a huge dealio.

Hey, we are FINALLY, after DECADES of deceit, catching these RATS in their game. Feel happy and proud of our Republican poll watchers. They are doing their job.
With all of our poll watchers, we are going to put these RATS in the minority in every statehouse and council chamber in the US!!!

This is actually good news. It happened in 2000 but we just didn't find them.

488!! Jeez if that's all, some union guy is getting his caps bashed right now. I guess he was some newbie. In Philly voter irregularity is NEVER questioned. Which makes me think these votes may have been for a Republican or this wouldn't have been a story.

It's amazing Philly used to the the capitol. It's amazing Philly was where this nation's foundation was hammered out. I doubt it would be recognizable regardless of the historically preserved buildings.
Such a shame and a ruination for future generations of Americans.

The residence of Daytona's Dem voters? I wonder if they will drop by the saloon before voting.
