OK, so what if the acronym is a bit bizarro. It fits this election fer sure.
During our ugly experience in Florida in 2000, a number of Freepers, upon contemplating the numbers noted the stench of fraud and corruption. Whether it was precluding the military vote, noting multiple registrations, or debunking the "disenfranchisement" myth, the posters of FreeRepublic were often the first to get the data into the hands of both activists and public officials.
Many Freepers possess impressive research and analytical skills. A number of us, notably Mulder, were gathering polling data by precinct in Florida. Others were looking at gross polling data for statistical indication of irregularities, notably Robert A. Cook PE. I was sorting Florida precinct data looking to identify those where registration numbers by party did not correlate with voting tallies. It was an effective means to get the word out to the public of the scope and depth of the Slave Party racket in Florida.
The purposes of this thread are:
Hopefully, we can develop these tools to sort and present data to make the indications of irregularities obvious to the general public, heck, maybe even the mediots! What would be really cool is to archive polling data over several elections to make trend variations distinct as well.
The thread could eventually be a repository of techniques by which to detect vote fraud in future elections that could help people find the tools they need and apply them to their areas and local races.
I doubt that we have the resources to chase down instances of corruption in local races or states where the outcome is obvious, unless it is obvious that Bush wins in a landslide. :-)) Therefore, at this time I wish to restrict the scope of this thread to places and races where the outcome of the presidential election is critical. If the thread interests enough people (or if we get the blowout of our dreams) that we have the intellectual resources to take the battle to the Senate level and beyond, I would be happy to do so. The real goal is to develop and propagate the tools to return the system to honesty. Our children deserve nothing less.
Comments are welcome. Coffee is probably in order.
AM: I posited this idea to BobJ, who suggest that I post it to the Breaking News sidebar. I hope the lead is clear enough to keep the scope focused and the product of lasting value.
Bump
I think FRAT is better than FAT
Your participation in this thread might prove valuable. Application of ping lists may be helpful. Any who were hot on the fraud trail in 2000 and I had fog-gotten to ping, please accept my apologies.
Thought about that, and decided to go for the poetry of FAT-heads taking down the Slave Party given their stupid venality posing as intellectual arrogance.
Together we can do anything. God has proven that.
I intend to monitor this effort all evening From time to time an intuitive glance or two at data by someone else may extract something significant in the way of a pattern of fraudulent behavior and Dem methodology and who is directly responsible for it
Florida GOP and rat voter turnout in 2000 and 2002:
2002
2,828,288 56% GOP
2,172,702 43% RAT
2000
2,909,176 49 % GOP
2,907,451 49 % RAT
Approx. 750,000 less rats and 80,000 less GOP turned out (10-1) in 2002 than in 2000.
This in spite of the fact that 2002 was supposed to be "revenge" against Jeb for 2000
For Kerry to win, about 800,000 more democrats would have to show up and the GOP numbers remain constant.
Consider that Kerry gets 10% less women than Gore did. Thats 150,000 more votes right there.
I guess its just a coincidence, but 2002 was the first year they used those computer voting machines, doing away with those pesky chads.
Could it be that the stupid rats haven't figured out a way to cheat these machines yet, could that be a factor in the mystery of the disapearing dems?
After all, its a lot harder for a bunch of foaming at the mouth socialist morons to to fool a computer than to "lose" a ballot box, or punch thousands of ballots after the polls have closed.
Democrats engaged in massive vote fraud in Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade in 2000.
While 2000 turnout in 66 of Floridas 67 counties was within 2-3% either way of 1996 levels, Dade county showed a suspicious 7% jump in in overall turnout
Thank you for the thread and the ping. I don't have numbers to provide, but I'll certainly keep an eye on the thread and contribute if something occurs to me.
You're catching on. The media won't do it so it's up to us. We have a lot of work to do to get this republic back under the rule of law.
Please keep me informed. I would love to contribute in any way.
A different thread; but I've been gathering all of the vote fraud threads since early 2000 returns in my [Profile -> Links] home page.

Trying to get more freeper attention in that thread.
But this one works too!
Notes:
Bush/REP = number of Bush votes, divided by number of registered Republicans.
Gore/DEM = number of Gore votes, divided by number of registered Democrats.

Now, ask yourself, how do you get an 11% turnout for Bush and a 267% turnout for Gore?
You are quite welcome. It was an ugly two weeks and FreeRepublic's finest hour. Were it not for FReepers, AlGore would be running for re-election.
Good guys 10 no; 11
Bad guys 0
