If it comes down to Ohio I don't believe Kerry will concede. If Bush wins other swing states, he might, but I have my doubts.

If Bush can hold a 100K vote margin in Ohio it will be tough for Kerry not to, plus if Bush could win NM NV and WI then I think Kerry throws in towel. Otherwise watch the lawsuits

I don't expect a Kerry concession speech even if this all goes to the courts. HEck - I don't think we would have seen a Kerry concession speech if GW won over 300 EVs.
The RATs have proven themselves over again to be crybabies who only follow the rules when they favor them - but expect the Republicans to follow every rule that hurts the Repubs.
