Assuming you're referring to the navigation features at the top, well, it just worked for me. The page navigates fine using both the arrows and the options such as "Search Results" and "Search Help." I'm using Firefox 1.0RC2.

Nope; I'm talking about the mousover events -- the footnotes. If you're using Ff, you don't even know they're there. In Avant/IE, mouseover a footnote, and the contents pop up without a click.
