I like most the Brits. Love the Tube & Old Speckled Hen whenever I visit. Always stay in Kensington.
My question is, apparently the Brits don't like U.S. much, correct?
Or is it the Brit media, BBC, et al are so in control, we only THINK most Brits don't like us?
We would love to log into a UK Freeper site, if their was one.

Nonsense. If it were truly diplomatic in nature, the diplomats would have solved it a long time ago.
The problem is that the Arabs do not accept that Israel should be allowed to exist in peace. There is nothing any American President can do to fix the middle east until the Arabs decide to live in peace with Israel. As soon as the Arabs make up their mind to live in peace with Israel, everything becomes negotiable and the diplomats can work out a solution.

An educated person does not decide what he or she is going to believe and then make the facts fit those beliefs.
The best scientific evidence at this point is that both genetics and environment influence personality, with it being uncertain as to the degree.
You have some kind of hang-up about this issue or you would not have jumped on Broadsword's original light hearted post about the Black Watch being tough because they are Scots. You should look into why your belief in this matter is so pedantic.
I haven't made a single negative comment on FR toward any Brits. In general, I tend to think positively of those from the UK, have visited and liked the large majority of those I spent time with. Wales was very cool, London was great, etc....
Here's my story. Five years ago I joined an internet startup here in the States. It was GREAT! We did darn good work, had world-class clients, and had a good time. Maybe 3 years ago we were "bought out" by a British company. Since then, our staff here in the US has been cut from 40 to 5, I hear comments from the Director of Sales (from the UK) saying "Americans are Stupid," and despite my hard work and professionalism, I was laid off a couple of weeks ago.
So, while I have nothing against Brits (many Brits I'd consider nothing but friends), my professional experience with some Brits has been pretty bad.
But like I said, I've got no general prejudice against anyone from the UK....
If we are wrong for believing that like our own MSM only the lefties get a voice, then I apologize.
It's not that I hate Brits or Frogs, I view anyone who is hostile to my country as somewhat of an enemy. And if they believe all the drivel that they read about us I have an even lower opinion of them because they act just like our own leftists who spew the lies for their ignorant sycophants who believe them. They wouldn't know the truth if it hit them in the eyes.
Some of it might come from some Brits snobbishness when they live in a democracy which always breeds socialism.. Democracy is far worse than socialism because socialism is only a symptom of democracy.. Democracy (MOB RULE) is looked down on here because America is NOT a democracy.. Democracy is a very primitive form of government.. May be good for Brits.. but Americas founders had more refined tastes and deemed a unique and special republic was better.. and it is far better.. Judgeing from America performance against any democracy for the past two hundred years at least. We saved Englands butt at least two times in the previous century and some Brits have no gratitude not all. Gratitude is the rarest commodity on earth, I know. America is just crawling with gratitude for all we have but in URPeans countrys gratitude is as rare as a TAX CUT...
Actually there are three words NOT found in the American Constitution, on purpose its by design..
1) democracy...
2) democratic..
3) democrat....
Why.?.. because democracy sucks.. as does socialism..
We have many Brits and Aussie residents here as long time friends and colleagues, also some valued Kiwis show up from time to time.

No, I did not know it was a misspelling. I do not know what comfortable biases are either. Never heard of the term.
Let me ask you this. Do you think a Pitbull, a Cocker Spaniel, a Doberman, and an Afghan Hound all have the same personality? They are all dogs. Is how they are raised the only difference between these different types of dogs? Why does a Doberman not only look like a Doberman, but also acts like a Doberman?
How does an instinct get passed down from generation to generation? How is it that sea turtles know to return to the same beach from whence they hatched, even though the momma turtle does not raise the baby turtles?
How do birds know how to make a nest typical of their species instead of robin making a sparrow nest and vice versa?
There is lots of information passed from one generation to the next via inheritance. We just have not yet figured out how it happens. We have not identified the nest building gene, but we can observe that it happens.
I love Britain. It's your press I hate.
