No, they're not racist. However, one of their principle opponents, the "National Council of The Race (aka. La Raza)" IS racist to the core. They are a leftist group funded by larger leftist groups.

I don't know if FAIR is a racist organization. But I know that groups like La Raza, LULAC, MALDEF, and MEChA, who are continually pushing for amnesty and more rights for illegal alien lawbreakers, are racist organizations.

The answer is no -- and one would be well advised to tread lightly in asking questions like that. Not a criticism, just an observation. FAIR is above Board. Now, whether one agrees with their approach and policies, that's a bit different.
