Not if they live in camps out in the canyon behind my property. Not if they live in apartments.

And when did the entire California government become funded by property taxes? Who is this Franchise Tax Board that I send checks to in April? Have you uncovered a major fraud being perpetrated in California by the state claiming there is an income tax?

Yes they do! The rent they pay is paid to the landlord who then pays the property taxes. If renters did not have to pay property taxes (indirectly sure) their rent would be a lot less.

And are not California schools financed by property taxes?
