Unfortunately you are incorrect. The employer of the illegals was a subcontractor for Walmart. Walmart was guilty of not checking the I-9's of it's subcontractor's illegal employees.

Wal Mart is an innocent party when they've been busted before? Can you say plausible deniability?

But the subcontractor paid all the payroll taxes, SS taxes, and unemployment taxes. They weren't "off the books" paid with an envelope of cash under the table.
