the Marine thought the terrorist was "faking" death. So, the Marine either shot a dead terrorist or one still alive. If he shot a dead one then there is no crime. If he shot one faking it then the Marine has every right to assume the terrorist is still dangerous or why would he be faking. Shooting him was, therefore, justified. Case closed.

As far as I'm concerned when these terrorists didn't surrender when they were given the chance, their lives were forfeit. How many wounded Marines do you think are given a second chance by these puking scum? Aaaargh, I just want to choke these ultrasensitive libs who end up causing more of our soldiers to be harmed.

Today, on a right-wing talk show in Boston, a pinko liberal caller humiliated himself by stating "I wonder if he (the marine) voted for Bush? And what will all the Arkansas knuckledraggers who supported Bush over the next four years do when they receive their draft cards?"

At this point, the call was terminated since he couldn't articulate without spouting hate speech. Aren't his ilk the ones who say "We support the troops but not this war"? The fool was laughing all the way.

The next phone caller said "If I ever receive a draft card, I will serve the country I love."

Different topic but Colmes was incredibly anti-American in interviewing the producer of the new Saddam horrors release Thursday night (I assume you have read about this tape/DVD). Colmes could not say how bad Saddam was without saying "but" and "however" in his dismay of Republicans. Did you see this? He then said that Republicans want people to see Saddam maiming his people but they are sensitive when a woman disrobes for five seconds to open Monday Night Football. That man is ill.
