If John Kerry really supported the soldiers, he would go on TV and say "I understand war. I was in Vietnam. I've been in combat. I understand it better than anyone. The thing is they chose not to surrender and they chose to fake being dead when the Marines got close ...they were combatants, they did have weapon in that building, and if they chose to stay in the fight by playing dead when surrounded you would expect the would have also have some weapon they have hidden on there body in case someone got close
