If Kerry needs 80% of those cast, and 80% are legit, he needs 100% of the legit ballots in order to win.
He needed 80% before the overseas and military absentee ballots were counted. I suspect Bush got more than 50% of those votes, so Kerry needs even more of the provisional ballots to go his way, and it doesn't look like there are enough.
I'll be glad when the final vote tallies are in and the Dems complaining that Kerry won Ohio will have to come up with new lies.
Good luck Kerry.
At 81% legit, Kerry loses even if all of the ballots go for him. He gets 124,203 move votes; Bush's initial margin is 136,000 votes. Bush ends up ahead by 11,797 votes even if Kerry gets all of the provisional votes. What do you want to bet Kerry's people did very similar math before he conceded.
