You don't capitalize Father, and you refer to Him as a thing (which), not a person (who).

Apparently, you haven't read the KJV version of the Lord's Prayer lately.

Matthew 6:9, "After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name."

No, I haven't. And I don't think I could get used to saying the prayer that way.
