This is just after the shooting starts and the camera quickly swings around and you can briefly see this guy very near the wall towards the French troops.

He's the one closest to the troops (not counting the guy in the basement entrance of the hotel) and there is another one flat on the ground and some other person standing just left outside this view wearing what looks like doctor's scrubs.

I think that's them ... they were also in the street right in front of the tanks .. not to far from the guy in the basement entrance of the hotel

I still can't tell if they are armed .. but it doesn't look like it
