No. After SU collapsed, Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine got some nukes, but both gave (sell?) it to Russia in early 90's.

Thanks for the info. My memory is a little sketchy of that time period. I was only 11 when the Berlin wall fell, and I was only halfway paying attention. Being young I didn't understand how great of an event that was.
