To be honest, no time. I go in at 0630. But, I don't feel like I am not ready nor am I exhausted or anything. I guess it is tougher adjusting to an eastern move than a western one...?
I don't know - the most I've ever moved is 2 time zones - not too signifigant considering! LOL!!
