Does anyone know how to make the "back" switch on my Logitech mouse change to the previous page like it does in IE?

No, but did you know you can now buy a real cupholder for your computer instead of using the CDROM drive? They're either 10 or 20 bucks.

Use Logitech's Mouseware software to configure the buttons.

Look for the Control Panel mouse properties applet, should be in there, if not, not sure what else to tell you. I've got the MS Optical Intellimouse and I can manually set every button in Control Panel.
