Public Schools Often Use Sex-Ed to Promote Bias Agendas Regarding Homosexuality

Christian Wire Service --Health education has become a battleground in many locations due to the inclusion of sexuality education within the overall mission of health education. Sexuality education in any context is controversial. Issues of parental control, educator responsibility, morality, and health consequences for students all converge to make consensus difficult.

Numerous school districts have included various types of sexuality education in their health curricula. In recent years, advocates for students who experience same sex attraction have had significant impact in the schools. Many who are generally considered gay activists believe schools should discuss sexual variations. Some groups, such as those involved in the Gay Lesbian Straight Educators Network believe such teaching should begin in kindergarten and proceed through graduation.

The schools have no place teaching filthy homosexual practices to youths, and the pubic is getting tired of the gay sleaze having voted resoundingly against gay marriage in the last election..

Ain't it funny how Liberals think it's wise to expose kids to all kinds of information on the gay "lifestyle" and other perversions? They insist that it will help kids be "better informed to make good decisions."

But if you try to introduce a firearms safety course in the schools -- so those same kids can be better informed about their gun rights and make smart decisions when it comes to gun safety -- these same Liberals shriek that such information will turn these "innocent children" into homicidal maniacs.

Gay activists hold seminars to teach liberal teachers how to indoctrinate the kids regarding homosexuality in English, math, history and pretty much any other subject. Naive is the person who thinks only sex-ed is a threat. Oh, and really watch out for the anti-bullying programs.

When I was a kid, sex education was about the biology of reproduction, development of the unborn child, and some info on sexually transmitted diseases. There was no 'instruction' on how to have sex (other than the basics around the biology of it all), no discussion of deviant sexuality. Sounds to me like that's the kind of stuff schools should get back to - leave the other stuff to the parents.

Or how about the consequences of exposing kids to good teaching in the subjects of math and reading ? Liberals scream against those practices too, saying the kids are having their self-esteem hurt and their heads filled with academic knowledge.

What I'd like to know is why anyone thinks a 5 yo needs to know about sex of any type ?

BINGO!!! I really want to see the billion dollar lawsuits against the school districts as children try homosexual behavior, based on their sex-ed class promoting it, just to die early from AIDS. Imagine if schools **promoted** smoking, which, if you believe the research, only kills you a few years early. Homosexual behavior kills you decades early yet liberals want to push our children into that behavior pattern.

What the article is missing is that almost ALL sex education material which concerns homosexual recuiting/behavior comes from GLSEN and their use of their subsidiaries of "Gay"/Straight Alliance clubs (set up by homosexual teachers to recruit children into homosexuality)

They get in by having the school boards simply vote to allow the materials to "be available" to teachers. Once they are "sanctioned" in that manner, the indoctrination begins.

If the parents wish to discuss 'how to' in detail with their children, including the 'how to' for some deviant act, that is up to the parent. . .but it is not the role of schools to do such things.

I agree 100%... Sadly, too many parents are more than happy to pass off the uncomfortable, inconvenient, and/or difficult aspects of parenting upon the schools, and support the bureaucrats who are happy and eager to expand their control over the lives of others.

In that post, I was just trying to poke fun at the notion that parents should teach such things, as could be read into the statement.

As if the vanilla version of "The Talk" wasn't bad enough! =^)
